I personally work on the rapidly growing solution - Contact Center. More precisely, manage integrations expanding Contact Center solution functionality and white-labelling projects. My major responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and formulate a product vision for developing efficient tools and APIs. I work closely with software engineering to build, test, release, and measure all product initiatives
• Manage product backlogs, timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization. So I organize daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, product demos, and release planning
• Create SQL scripts, workflow diagrams, and functional descriptions as well as prototypes. Analyze metrics to understand the customer and product performance
