Product Manager, CX Platform Lead
RingCentral is a leading U.S. provider of enterprise cloud communications and collaboration solutions. I personally work on the Customer Experience (CX) platform that combines an omnichannel contact center, business communications, and AI in a seamless solution.

My role and activities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration. Engage with various stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, to understand requirements and formulate a product vision for developing cutting-edge tools and APIs

• Product Lifecycle Management. Oversee the end-to-end product development process. Work closely with engineering teams to guide the design, development, testing, and release of new features. Ensure that the platform remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly

• Data Analysis & Prototyping. Develop SQL scripts to query, organize, and manage relevant product-related data. Construct workflow diagrams and compose detailed functional requirements. Design and develop prototypes to visualize and test product concepts, user interfaces, and interactions

Product Manager, WEM & Integrations
When I joined RingCentral, I dived into the development of the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) platform and white-labelling solutions.

My role and activities:

• Go-to-Market Strategy. Launched 2 integrations bringing RingCentral to new markets. Collaborated with customers, marketing and sales teams to determine a product-market fit. Ensured that product value propositions are effectively communicated to customers

• Roadmap Planning. Developed, prioritized, and maintained the product roadmap of the WEM platform, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term investments. Set the product priorities and timelines to deliver the minimum viable product just in 4 months

• End-to-end product development process. Managed 3 product teams located in 3 time zones. Organized backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives and product demos. Established and monitored key performance metrics, ensuring product success and iterating based on feedback and data
