Product Manager, CX Platform Lead
RingCentral is a leading U.S. provider of enterprise cloud communications and collaboration solutions. The company ranks among the top 1000 most valuable global companies by market cap. I personally work on the Customer Experience (CX) platform that combines an omnichannel contact center, business communications, and AI in a seamless solution.
My role and activities:
• Stakeholder Collaboration. Engage with various stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, to understand requirements and formulate a product vision for developing cutting-edge tools and APIs
• Product Lifecycle Management. Oversee the end-to-end product development process. Work closely with engineering teams to guide the design, development, testing, and release of new features. Ensure that the platform remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly
• Data Analysis & Prototyping. Develop SQL scripts to query, organize, and manage relevant product-related data. Construct workflow diagrams and compose detailed functional requirements. Design and develop prototypes to visualize and test product concepts, user interfaces, and interactions
