Major responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, business drivers and to formulate product vision for developing efficient tools and APIs. I work closely with software engineering to build, test, release, and measure all product initiatives
Manage product backlogs, project timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization. I try to balance user needs business value, and technical complexity to facilitate trade-offs, build consensus and focus the team
Create SQL scripts, workflow diagrams, and functional descriptions as well as prototypes. So I manage sprints, i.e organize daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, product demos, and release planning
Support the development of architectural principles and standards to improve the performance, capacity, resiliency, and scalability of products to ensure safety and soundness. I regularly analyze metrics to understand the customer and product performance
