Major responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, business drivers and to formulate product vision for developing efficient tools and APIs. I work closely with software engineering to build, test, release, and measure all product initiatives
  • Manage product backlogs, project timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization. I try to balance user needs business value, and technical complexity to facilitate trade-offs, build consensus and focus the team
  • Create SQL scripts, workflow diagrams, and functional descriptions as well as prototypes. So I manage sprints, i.e organize daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, product demos, and release planning
  • Support the development of architectural principles and standards to improve the performance, capacity, resiliency, and scalability of products to ensure safety and soundness. I regularly analyze metrics to understand the customer and product performance
